Before you pay anyone for immigration help, check they are allowed to give it. Search 1,967 registered organisations from the UK public register.
How to check an adviser is genuine
1. Find them here
Search for the organisation. If they’re on the register, you’ll see their level, categories and offices.
2. Check the level
Level 1 is basic advice; Levels 2 and 3 cover complex casework and appeals. Make sure their level matches your case.
3. Confirm it’s current
Registration can lapse. Confirm the organisation’s current status on the official IAA register before you instruct them.
