IAA Trust is a free, independent reference for anyone choosing a UK immigration adviser. We are not a law firm and we don’t sell advice — our job is to give you a neutral, third-party view of the advisers who are legally allowed to help you.
Where the data comes from
Every organisation listed on this site comes from the Immigration Advice Authority (IAA) public register — the official UK register of people and organisations authorised to give immigration advice. We use this open data under the Open Government Licence v3.0 and refresh our copy monthly (last refreshed July 2026).
IAA Trust is not affiliated with, nor endorsed by, the Immigration Advice Authority. Registration status can change at any time, so always confirm an adviser’s current status on the official register before instructing them.
Why this site exists
Choosing an immigration adviser is a high-stakes decision, and most people make it with almost no independent information. The official register tells you who is allowed to advise, but not what working with them is actually like. We put the two together in one place: verified register details, plus real client experiences, so you can make a judgement that isn’t based on the adviser’s own marketing alone.
How reviews work
Anyone can write a review — you don’t need an account, and reviews can be published under any display name you choose. To keep reviews genuine, every review must be confirmed by email before it appears: we send a confirmation link to the address you provide, and the review is only published once you click it. Your email is used solely for that confirmation and is never shown publicly.
Firms can claim their profile to reply to reviews and keep their details up to date. Claims are checked by our team before access is granted. Firms cannot edit or delete reviews.
Cookies & your data
We keep data collection to a minimum. Essential cookies are used only for site security and for the admin area. Analytics (Google Analytics) runs only if you accept it in the cookie banner — you can decline and the site works exactly the same.
When you submit a review or claim a profile, your email address is used to send the confirmation link (and, for approved claims, the management link). It is never displayed publicly and never shared with third parties. To have a review or your data removed, email us at [email protected].
