Highly recommended. Excellent customer service and a genuinely professional experience. I brought my spouse, who is Chinese, as we were concerned that her visa might not be renewed. We had previously had a very disappointing experience with another law firm, where we were charged but very little work was done, and some of my partner’s documents were even lost. The difference here was immediately noticeable. The main solicitor spent almost two hours with us, carefully going through all the details of our case and explaining the different options available. We never felt rushed, and the advice was clear and reassuring. They also did a great job assisting my spouse throughout the process, including helping with translation and making sure she fully understood what was happening at every stage. The members of staff we dealt with were professional, patient and supportive, which made a real difference to us. The price was also very reasonable, especially considering the amount of time and attention we received. Other firms can charge a similar amount simply for an initial consultation. They made what had been a stressful and uncertain journey much easier for both of us, and we are extremely happy with the result. We can now finally make plans to travel together and enjoy our lives a little more without the same uncertainty hanging over us. A big thank you to YV Enterprise and the team for all their help and support. We genuinely appreciate what they have done for us and would happily recommend them to others.
