called - on hold for over an hour and no response. went in person at 10:30 for their drop in hours between 9-12 and they told me they weren’t taking more drop ins because they have no more slots and recommended i come at 9am to secure one. there were two people waiting. why have drop in hours when you’re going to be absolutely useless and not stick to them? ridiculous.

I have filled out several forms for an appointment to no avail. I haven't been able to reach them by phone either. They used to be accessible, but evidently not any more.
