After my wife’s Son had his uk settlement visa refused for the 3rd time We decided to contact Stephanie Heijdra from Winvolved consultancy at the Liverpool office. Despite the visa application being refused Stephanie guided us through the appeal process and with her invaluable immigration knowledge and experience along with her lovely personality she lead us through a successful appeal. We can’t thank her enough for all the effort and hard work that she put in while working on what was a particularly difficult case. Her professionalism and persistence during the tribunal contributed to a successful result. This will certainly make our lives complete to have our son join us in the UK.
