I had an appointment at Equality Centre yesterday regarding some PCN issues, and I honestly cannot thank them enough. The team spent nearly 3 hours helping and guiding me with patience, kindness, and professionalism. My English is limited and my situation had become very stressful, but they explained everything clearly and treated me with real respect and understanding. What impressed me most was that they genuinely wanted to help without expecting anything in return. Even if my case is not successful in the end, I will always appreciate their support and humanity. Truly wonderful people. I highly recommend Equality Centre to anyone who needs advice or support

I had an excellent experience with West London Equality Centre (WLEC). Edmund O. Akeju, who handled my case, was professional, understanding, and very supportive throughout the process. He carefully listened to my issue, guided me step by step, and helped me reach a successful resolution. I truly appreciate his time, patience, and dedication, he genuinely cares about helping people. I highly recommend WLEC to anyone who needs reliable advice and support. Thank you for everything!

I recently contacted the Centre regarding a property issue. Initially it went OK. I was asked to call back a week later. I was made to feel that I was wrong to do this. I explained that I sent various letters off regarding my issue over a period of six weeks. I clearly stated this. What was more frustrating was I reached out to them and made to feel that I am responsible. I felt very confused and stressed. I also made several calls on the day over a three hour period. I work in customer service so I know how to treat people respectfully. I felt very disappointed and will seek advice elsewhere.
