Warning: Rude Staff! Visited this Bradford advice centre and witnessed unacceptable behavior. Staff were rude, especially to those with limited English. Fed up and uninterested in their jobs. Management needs to take action and train staff on empathy and customer service. Not recommended!!

Absolutely horrific service Iv had , they told me last week to ring up on Monday for new appointments , then when I took a day off from work to ring up on Monday they said they are booked for 2 weeks just sad this country has gone like this
