My consultation went remotely well, they’ll based in north London, their practices is in housing, when I shared concerns, advisor seemed knowledgeable, genuine about approaching for solution, he was very supportive, insightful with what I needed & I was totally convinced when noting my challenges. Positive visit, I can’t complain about the staffs their v approachable, the management is sufficient to avoid disappointment & to enhance professionalism, productivity. From my experience teams are unreachable, unresponsive & difficult to follow up, v min communication that I’ve not had an update for the couple of months, after given my confirmation often when I contact this service it doesn’t go directly through it mostly needs to develop on cooperation, overall staffs r polite here

I visited the Welwitschia Welfare Centre in Tottenham recently, and overall, my experience was okay — not bad, but not great either. The staff were polite and seemed genuinely willing to help, and it’s clear that the centre does important work for the local community, especially for Portuguese and Spanish-speaking residents who might struggle to access other services. They offer advice on housing, welfare benefits, immigration, and employment, which is really valuable. That said, the service can be quite slow at times. It feels like they’re a bit short-staffed, and you might have to wait a while before being seen or getting a reply to your enquiry. The opening hours are also quite limited, which can make it hard to get an appointment if you work or have other commitments. The building itself is basic — functional but could use a bit of updating and a tidier waiting area. I do appreciate what they’re trying to do, and you can tell they genuinely care about helping people, but it feels like the centre could benefit from a bit more organization and resources. Overall, I’d give Welwitschia Welfare Centre 3 out of 5 stars. It’s a useful place if you need support and speak Portuguese or Spanish, but don’t expect things to move quickly. With more staff and improved facilities, it could be a really great community resource.
