Mr Tanway and his colleagues steered Rosemary through two applications:first a Spouse Visa and second a Spouse Visa Extension (SVE). Mr Tanwar has always worked not only competently but also in a very timely manner. I cannot recall any of our inquiries being answered in more than 24 hours..Furthermore the staff were always personable, and they never gave us the feeling that our concerns were tedious or pure routine. Last but not least, in our first testimonial (2023) we pointed out that Vaibhav never required us to top up the one-off fee paid in 2018. The same steadfastness was repeated for the SVE process.
