I, Jaspreet Kaur after completing my 2 years experience working as a Home Childcare Provider, applied for Permanent Residence through another consultant. After wasting my few months and not doing anything, I changed my consultant and I approached Harmanjot Sodhi. He guided me and started my Permanent Residency case. It took me almost 2 years to get the Permanent Residency. There were many ups and downs. However with the sincere efforts of Harmanjot Sodhi and his team, now we are Permanent Residents of Canada. I have come to take my spouse from Punjab, India as he got his COPR. If anyone is thinking of applying under any pilot programs, you must visit him once. My cousin sister too applied through him after getting rejected from another consultant and not only he got her visa to work in Canada as In-Home caregiver in 2018, he also applied her case for PR under TR to PR program and she too got PR through him.
Very Precise paper work, excellent knowlegde regarding paper work , even thought i got refusal twice for visa , my case got cleared on first shot under guidance of Harmanjot Singh Sodhi. Very effective good team .
My name is Rajiwinder Kaur. I filed my case in 2021 from Global Village Immigration solutions Ltd by Harmanjot Sodhi. I filed my case under home support worker. I received my application number in July 2021. In 2021 in November, I got my biometric, but the embassy wrote my application number wrong so that’s why I couldn’t get an appointment for it. Harmanjot sir and his team sent a request to the embassy regarding this issue I was having, and it was the Embassy’s fault since they gave the wrong biometric to the wrong application number. In July 2022 I received my biometric once again. I was relieved the case was moving forward. At the end of the year 2022, I received bad news that the employer that I filed my case with has passed away. So, then I found another employer to get my case through. In Feb 2024 I received my medical and after 15 days I received my passport request and then I got my visa for a work permit in 19.03.2024. I would like to thank, Harmanjot and his team for helping me throughout my case updating my documents and reaching out to the Embassy promptly for me to get my visa. This case was difficult with some complications however they handled it well and I would recommend them to anyone who is looking to file their case. The best team out there. Thank you once again.
My spouse Rajwant Kaur Bola has received her work permit today along with me with the help of Harmanjot Singh Sodhi. I came to Canada along with my spouse who is a GNM nurse from back home. I came on Supervisa and my spouse came with me on visitor visa and then she obtained LMIA caregiver work permit in 2019. Later in 2021 with the earlier consultant we applied PR. That was refused. We were totally shattered. We contacted Harmanjot Singh Sodhi of Global Village Immigration Solutions Ltd. and filed our caregiver file under Home Support Work Pilot on April 2023 and today I have no words to express my feelings. Me and my spouse has got work permit while being in Canada. My spouse, the caregiver to her mother is 53 years old. We thank Harmanjot Sodhi and his team to shape our lives.
