Unfortunately the help they used to give is no longer available as they are not accepting any existing inquiries or indeed taking on any more new inquiries.. it’s a shame . They must be closing down

Had trouble with E-on next . Went to Citizens Advice Saffron Walden for help. Celeste helped me win my case. Without her help I would not have got anywhere. I just cannot thank her enough . She has been absolutely brilliant .
