My partner is an EU citizen looking to move with me here to the UK. As the family visa for unmarried partners is relatively new, there are many grey areas with what it required for a successful application. We recently spoke with Alex Givenson. He really quickly cleared up a lot of pressing questions for us and it was well worth the money. Immigration legislation can be confusing so if you’re in doubt I would strongly suggest booking in :) He had a lot of helpful information for us which was not readily accessible online.
