Recently had a call from here 26th June. Person name won't mention asked if I had any debts no. Had to explain current situation with trying to get on housing list all said we send you information. Not any help what to do with the housing online application. Just Recently lost my father no empathy, also in the vulnerable group with health issues etc. That was it. You cannot get through on phone even chat online there was no one available three calls no reply three times online chat exactly the same no one available. It's no wonder why people have had a bad experience. Previously contacted here not once was help or correct advice.
