I was disappointed with my experience with The UK Law Firm. Communication was not at the standard I expected, and I often found it difficult to get timely updates regarding my case. The process took longer than anticipated, and I felt that my concerns were not addressed as clearly or as promptly as they could have been. While others may have had different experiences, this was mine, and unfortunately I would not choose to use this firm again based on the service I received. Especially with Faruk the guy work there he ignores all the messages and calls and very rude staff when you call them they will be like we will call you back soon but they never call you back don’t waste your money on them please
They are very respectful and professional people who do an excellent job. I always choose them, especially Lawyer Minesh, for all my legal matters because I completely trust their service. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for high-quality legal assistance—you won’t be disappointed.
I required a Notary Public, I contacted Mr Dhokia and he responded very quickly. The prices he charged are very reasonable compared to the local alternatives. He was very helpful.
1 star is too mich for this agency.i wasted my 6 months and £2500 as well. They spoil your whole file specially Faruk. When you call them and they always make excuses and says they are busy. Means who can stay busy for 2 -3 weeks??? They ask for fees in advance but in the name of service zero. Now i regret why i choose this service. They not only spoil my file but future as well.
Minesh, Lindsay, and their team have been amazing with my partner's case. They always took the time to explain everything clearly and handled the case professionally. Even with my partner's limited English, they always got things done with the help of their staff translating information. They were very patient with my partner's case, and we had the utmost confidence with Minesh and his team from beginning to end. I will definitely recommend this firm. As a Vietnamese person who has lived in the UK for 30 years, I am very happy that the Vietnamese community has a law firm with a team of dedicated staff (especially regarding immigration paperwork). Minesh, in particular, works with all his heart to help clients achieve the best possible results. Sometimes, clients don't fully understand immigration law, but Minesh and his team dedicate a lot of time to helping them understand the necessary details, giving them more confidence. I would personally like to give Minesh & Law Office of England a 5-star rating.
