To the Management of Bosnia & Herzegovina Community Association, Greetings, I am writing to express my disappointment and confusion regarding the experience I had with your center last week. I visited and asked only for some clothing support. My personal information was taken, and I was told that I would receive an email or a phone call, but until now, I have received nothing. I went back to the center again to ask, but I was told that nothing could be done. I honestly don’t understand why. I saw others receiving clothing cards the same day, but when I asked, I was told to go to “Julie.” I went to Julie, and she said the clothes were finished, and only socks and a bag were left. This is the first time in my life I have felt this kind of humiliation. I waited last week from 10:00 AM until 2:00 PM. I know your center helps people, but it feels like help is only given depending on mood or personal preference — some people receive support immediately, while others are simply turned away. Thank you anyway. I will continue asking friends and others for help instead of relying on a system that treats people unfairly and selectively.
