The Connection is very helpful, welcoming and reassuring, as the staff is very courteous, professional, caring and, overall, outstanding. I've always felt very safe, protected and welcomed as an individual struggling and contending with certain life circumstances (such as homelessness). For those in central London who are homeless, or need help in finding a job, The Connection is perhaps the best and most compassionate place to come to. A real morale booster to those in need.
