I just had a call with the guy that answers the phone here, he's very condescending for a start and he was talking over the top of me and talking to me as though I'm thick in the head. I've very serious issues going on with social service and the decisions that they're making damaging my children and their mental health and he just didn't want to hear it because going by the way he was speaking too me and the things he was saying, he's 1 of those people thinks the social worker is always right, absolutely disgusting to treat a mother who's breaking her heart over her children. Anytime I've ever rang this place I received no help at all so I genuinely don't know why it's being recommended to people, because I cried when I got off the phone too him because I already don't have much of a voice in this and he made me feel like I had no say at all and that Social services are king me and my kids don't matter, the social workers repeatedly making wrong and my childrens mental health being destroyed in the process doesn'tmatter because apparently they'requalifies to make those decisions. Well they haven't made 1 right decision for my children so far then they try pass the buck.
