I was very disappointed with my experience at this charity shop. I understand that donated items need to be sold to support the charity, but I personally found some of the prices to be much higher than I expected. What upset me most was how my family was treated. My autistic brother became distressed and started crying, and we were told that the noise was disturbing the workers upstairs. I found this lacking in understanding and compassion, especially from a charity shop where I had hoped for a more supportive and inclusive attitude. I left feeling unwelcome and disappointed by the customer service. I hope the shop considers providing staff with additional training on disability awareness and customer care so that families in similar situations have a better experience.
A right selection of bargains - clothes, toys, dvds, furniture, White goods, cafe, surplus food shop. Friendly and helpful staff and volunteers
