Claire,a senior staff took her time explaining and directing us to several organisations and how to contact them and she printed some forms that had all the information that we needed .We are deeply grateful for the support and help that she gave us.

I want to say a huge thank you to, Tahira Rafiq from st Pauls Advice Centre , who supported me through my tribunal. She was absolutely amazing all the way. always there when I needed advice, quick to respond, and incredibly clear and kind in explaining everything. Tahira kept in touch throughout the whole process and made sure I always felt informed and supported. I could message her whenever I had a question, and always updated me . It meant so much just knowing that the support was there whenever I needed it especially with the process being so long and overwhelming. I couldn’t have asked for a better advisor. I'm so grateful for her support, and I would highly recommend her and St Pauls Advice Centre to anyone going through a similar situation
