So grateful to everyone at St Helen’s citizens advice, had too see 3 of their staff over a period of time, all were very helpful and have done lots of work to help me, don’t know what I would of done without them, thy have taken a lot of stress and worries from me and my family at a very hard time, Colin, Michelle and Phil as specially, I think they’re awesome, you all have my heart felt appreciation and respect, thanks you so much 🤗

Can't get an appointment for love nor money. Get given phone numbers to call that just ring out for hours on end, no answer no voicemail. 8.55 am on Monday to get an answer at 10.28 am to tell me no appointments. Not what you need when you're gonna get made homeless
