Waste of time. Seems they are happy to be paid to be there but reluctant to actually provide any meaningful service. There s probably some kind of cooperation between them and paid solicitors who they are sending you to, to “help” because either they have no “capacity” or the “level of expertise” needed to complete a supposedly easy to do EU settlement application. I even had a call just now from the Manager who tried to defend this stance. Something they forget is that they are there to help any citizen in need. Disappointed is the least i can be.

Very little support, other than read the sign on the door. Given a leaflet that just said the same. Rang the number given, took an hour for someone to answer.

Unfortunately Impossible to get through on the phone, Understandable that they are always Busy though.
