I was having issue with council, I went to find help with them . So what I have told I should go online and feel a form and I did. However I received an email, saying that we are really busy, you should find any organisation to help. Knowing that you are busy, why do you asked me to go online and feel a form then!

They failed to take the time to review my television contract or even confirm with me over the phone whether it had been sent. The advice I received was entirely irrelevant to my situation, and my case was consistently handled in a rushed manner. This lack of diligence is unacceptable.
