A few months ago, I contacted Nishita Sony regarding a family visa extension after she was recommended to me by a friend. Our initial telephone conversations were fine, although her consultation fees were never clearly mentioned beforehand. During the consultation, I found her attitude unpleasant and unprofessional. My wife and I currently live in different locations due to work commitments and she repeatedly told me that my visa application would likely be refused, although my children might be granted visas. She also suggested that my wife should speak with her HR department because her application stated that I live and work in a different city and then she wants to redo my wife application as well. What concerned me most was when she stated that, because I lived far away, the authorities might not consider me the biological father of my children. I was shocked by this comment and felt extremely uncomfortable. At that point, I decided to end the consultation. I was then asked to pay £90 for approximately 40 minutes of advice that I did not find helpful. When I questioned the fee, I was told that it could be offset against future application assistance. I paid the fee and left. Afterwards, my wife and I completed the application ourselves, providing all genuine and accurate information. Our family visa extension was approved within two weeks without any issues. Based on my personal experience, I would not recommend this service. I found the advice inaccurate, the consultation unprofessional and the overall experience disappointing.
Nishita was amazing and supportive throught our process of spouse visa application. Through her guidance and support we able to make successful applications. I would highly recommend her to any for spouse application. I had amazing time.
Horrible people especially soni. She just takes money never returns the call. She is the cause for miss leading and spoiling my friends career. She applied for fee waiver visa. Even though she know that she should not do it if we are in student visa. I made like 1000 calls to her before the deadline line of my visa. What to do next. She just hides in we work office so that people cannot access to her office. She spoiled lot of people careers for a 500£. Her assistants do not know what they do . They can’t even enter a right details. She is so so money minded and without an any knowledge towards immigration. She just plays with people life’s.
