Can’t identify me from my drivers licence and birth certificate along with letters from my council and get messaged saying I haven’t sent anything complete and utter crap
Honestly an embarrassment of a service. Any organization that expects users to trust that Matrix can use "AI" and world leading data security but at the same time seem to be unable to sort a list in numerical order or make a SMS system work so it doesn't mass spam candidates multiple days later. Manages to transition the perception of the service from embarrassing to depressing.
I had a negative experience with this company. They repeatedly asked for information I had already provided in the forms, making the process long and frustrating. They were very rude on the phone, and overall, communication was extremely poor. I do not recommend their services. UPDATED: I have emailed them 3 times at least and they don’t answering me back so their response “we would like to discuss it” make no sense
Worst screening company. They don’t reply to emails. Obsessed with getting access to your bank account through a third party company I’ve never heard of. Unsure how this meets any part of data minimisation principles under GDPR. If I am unable to start work next Monday due to their incompetence and ridiculous demands, I will be progressing a complaint to the ICO.
Great experience. SW have an internal timeline of completing all checks within 15 working days and mine was done in about 10. Online dashboard incredibly useful for those like me that need an update on where things are and what’s still outstanding. They reached out when they needed supporting evidence etc. happy with the service.
