The accountant is simply unserious. She promises to call me back, but doesn't. She also didn't answer my calls. It's a shame she didn't have the problem picking up the phone from another number.
Mr Grzegorz no longer works there takes my Partners money 💰 Application to change her name on Visa refused /straight forward application but not sending correct paperwork nor correct money for application/ did not help situation /did collect passports& visa +letter from home office Trying to contact Office to advise what can be done no one answers phone very very bad service avoid/avoid/avoid/avoid/keep well clear
