I rang this company to discuss my case with them and i was passed on to some other lady in the office based in Turkey. I gave all the details of my case and any evidence I had and heard nothing back at all. I text a couple of times to which the woman responded sorry we are busy I will contact you in 1 day. Weeks passed by no communication at all. I then called and txt to ask for an update to which the lady responded we are too busy and can not represent your case. What a waste of time maybe it's a blessing in disguise that this company is not representing me. She also sent me an update of someone else's case on watsapp by mistake. Appaling communication, organisation and customer service.
