Cambuslang staff were quite rude they didn’t seem interested in helping regarding my debts.
Here’s some advice for you, Citizens Advice Bureau, Cambuslang. When people come in for advice, they’re already stressed and looking for help. The last thing they need is loud rap music blaring so you can’t even hear the person next to you. Show some decorum. Ironically, my friend came in to ask about live music playing outside her home until 3am — and we couldn’t even talk inside your office because of the noise. That’s how bad it was. If you’re going to call yourselves an advice service, try creating an environment where people can actually speak and be heard!

The old lady didn't bother to introduce herself at first place but collected all information about me, my spouse, address, salary, company details and scribbled on sheet. She wasn't able to repeat the details that she scribbled herself. And without addressing the issue or willing to listen to me she said kindly leave I have other clients waiting outside and the reception was filled with empty chairs.
