They do had done! Themselves don't care help nothing people deaf hurt and unhappiness neither work & job. Anywhere?.....

I’m a Deaf person with ADHD, and sadly, my experience with RAD has been very disappointing. The organisation does not seem to recognise or support the needs of people who are both Deaf and have ADHD. I tried to raise concerns about accessibility and staff awareness, but my feedback was ignored. I was even told by the CEO that RAD focuses only on Deaf people, not ADHD. This attitude is unacceptable and shows a lack of inclusion and understanding.
