Disturbing behaviour from staff here. Mum called here asking for an appointment, was given the address and asked to come in person. Initial staff suggested that they couldn't help her, and when she spoke to the manager (the same man who picked up the phone that morning), he suggested he would only help her if he was paid a certain hidden fee. Citizens Advice is supposed to be a free organisation, this is a sketchy branch and there's some serious misconduct going on if staff are charging vulnerable members of the public for their services.
The first time I was told by a Man named Judge, I kid you not, nothing could be done, i left in a rage. Second time, a helpfully lady assisted me. Two very different experiences
An absolute joke trying to get any help from CAB. Open one day a week and can never get through when calling or see anyone when I turn up. The legal advise I got last year was wrong. The phone numbers they gave me weren't in use.
