The manager clearly lacks the professionalism and ability required to manage a place like this. In my experience, The staff’s attitude towards customers is extremely poor. I felt that they deliberately delayed my appointment and pushed my appointment back by a month, as if my time and money meant absolutely nothing to them. Customers are made to wait, their concerns are ignored, and there seems to be no respect whatsoever for the people who are actually coming there for help. This is completely unacceptable and extremely unprofessional.
⭐⭐☆☆☆ Very disappointing experience — I would not recommend this place I had a very unpleasant experience here and honestly would not recommend this place to anyone. I did not feel comfortable or respected by the advisor I dealt with. From the way I was treated compared with another customer who was there, I felt there was a very clear difference in attitude and respect. The advisor’s behaviour towards me was particularly poor, and I left feeling extremely uncomfortable and disappointed. What made the situation even worse was the manager’s response. Instead of making sure that the customer was being listened to and treated fairly, I felt that the manager was more concerned about supporting the employee than addressing my concerns as a customer. Even more frustratingly, I was given an appointment one month later, which I found completely unacceptable given the circumstances. A business should make its customers feel heard, respected and supported. Unfortunately, that was absolutely not my experience here. Think twice before using this place. Based on my experience, I would strongly advise people to look elsewhere. You should be ashamed of yourselves. Shame on you.
I just had a call with one solicitor very rude lady and nonchalant, did not give me any advice and was very unbothered and unprofessional
