Ignorance beyond belief. Rang here to enquire if as a community they was aware of the upcoming ULEZ EXTENSION and how it will effect all of their community and seek support especially for the demonstrations against it being local or the main one at Trafalgar Square. To my surprise the community representative said NO, we do not get involved in things .I've this,I was gobsmacked. I said maybe then when Germany invaded your country we should have stated the same!!! I also reminded him of the strikes many years ago at the Gdansk shipyard and we the CWU UNION supported them and sent donations to help the strikers families. He remembered this then started going on about how Churchhill sold part of Poland to Germany. I am still in shock as to how this person represents the Polish and Eastern European community,shameful. My sole intent on this day was to try to ring all of the different communities in and around London but after this call I was stunned at the complete ignorence of this person. If I was a part of this centre he would be removed immediately and spoken to.
