Terrible experience. I visit in person and was advised to send an email with a detailed description of a workplace issue I had been experiencing on 11/05/2026. I sent all the details as advised and have never received a response after the acknowledgment of my email to date (almost a month later). Do not recommend at all, first and last time trying to use this “service”.

Worst experience ever. The person on the phone didn’t have a clue what to say to me, kept asking questions that weren’t necessary, I ended up hanging up and seeking my own advice with a solicitor. Will not be using this service again.
