Thanks to Crystal’s help, I successfully obtained my settlement. At the start, Crystal originally intended just to offer some guidance rather than take on the whole application, as my case was a bit complicated and it might have clashed with her holiday plans. However, after knowing more about my personal and family situation, and assessing whether the length of time I’d been away during the pandemic could be reasonably explained, she agreed to take on my case. When it came to preparing the application, Crystal was incredibly thorough. She was meticulous about every detail and helped me organise over 100 documents to make sure nothing was missed. On top of that, she provided a very comprehensive cover letter, laying out all the evidence, case law, legal references, and a timeline to help the caseworker make an informed decision. The same day we submitted the application, the caseworker came back asking for more information. Crystal immediately arranged a meeting with me to work out a plan, and by 8am the next morning, we had put together a very detailed supporting document and submitted it to the caseworker. Thanks to Crystal’s quick responsiveness, we received the result later that day. Throughout the whole process, I really felt her professionalism, attention to detail, and genuine care.
