Very disappointed I am extremely disappointed with the service I received from this immigration agent. I trusted them to handle my Canadian visitor visa application, but after taking control of my application/account, they stopped responding properly to my messages and have not provided clear information about the status or outcome of my application. This has caused me a great deal of stress, frustration, and uncertainty. In my experience, communication and customer service have been extremely poor. If you are considering using this agent, I strongly recommend that you carefully check their credentials, reviews, terms of service, and make sure you maintain your own access to your immigration application and documents. I would not recommend this service based on my experience.

If there was a minus review, i would give them that. First of all the staff- highly unprofessional and arrogant. And if you want to have to speak to gurpal uppal…there is a consultant fee which is totally in cash, so first you need to run to the nearest atm to cash out some money. My husband and me went via a referral to him. We paid £30 just for 3-4 minutes where the consultation was- there is nothing in the UK and send me your documents on a team’s contact information. It’s been more than a week and still i haven’t heard from them. £30 pound wasted and just heard there is nothing in the UK I would have given this advice for free
