Doesn't respect GDPR, calling me when I explicitly asked no to and just asked for documentation. I told off Shawn Zhang for not respecting my request and he told me not to leave my phone number when their request form forces me to. Unprofessional, rude and doesn't question himself, makes me doubt of his human decency

I would not use this agent again and regret working with this agent. After my tenancy ended, they retained overpaid rent for around a month and initially claimed I was not entitled to it, despite the tenancy agreement clearly providing for a 2-month break notice period, which I had complied with. The amount withheld covered more than half a month of rent. I also had to challenge deposit deductions that I considered unreasonable. This was ultimately resolved it severely lacked common-sense handling. To add to this, after the end of the tenancy a parcel was delivered to the property by Royal Mail with photo proof of delivery to the letterbox, and I was then told it had been stolen. Taken together, this was a poor and frustrating experience. I would seriously suggest that anyone considering this agent think carefully and compare them against more established and professional alternatives.

I am extremely disappointed with the services provided by One Move Group. My personal experience was far from what was promised at the beginning. I genuinely struggle to understand where so many glowing positive reviews come from, as my experience did not reflect that level of service at all. Prospective clients — please be cautious when choosing to work with this agency. In my case, a lot was promised initially, but once payments were made, the level of care and responsiveness regarding serious property issues dropped significantly. Everyone is very polite and attentive before contracts are signed and money is received. After that, however, the support and accountability can feel very limited. There are many professional and responsible agencies in London — I would strongly recommend carefully considering your options before committing. Protect your time, your rights, and your money.

I had a very positive experience with this agency. The move-in process and coordination throughout were handled extremely smoothly and professionally. Communication was always prompt, clear, and reliable, which made everything much less stressful. Tingting and Jade were both absolutely lovely — professional, efficient, and genuinely helpful at every stage. They were quick to respond to any questions and always followed through on what they promised. I would highly recommend this agency to anyone looking for a reliable and professional letting experience.
