Last year, I noticed unfamiliar payments going out of my bank account. When I informed the bank. They stoped the direct payment and found that someone used my details to contact SKY for broadband service. Few months later, my money was refunded and case closed. Recently messages and phone calls received from different bogus firms asking to pay "SKY" for ending my contract sooner. I went to Nucleus for legal advice, who managed to solve the problem in no time. Regards!

So far wonderfully helpful lady on the telephone.Have a face to face appointment in a few days..Hopefully this will be as good as the terrifically helpful lady on the phone.Will do follow up. Necleus is a real find -thank you.
