Doesn't actually do any housing work despite the council, citizens advice, and their own website saying otherwise. Will not direct you to people that actually do this service. False advertising and pointless.

The receptionist’s attitude was quite harsh and came across as prideful. I believe it would be highly beneficial for her to receive training on polite communication and customer guidance, as this would greatly improve the experience for visitors.
