I would give 0 stars if I could. The man I spoke to was very very rude and dismissive. Not helpful and sounded like he didn’t even care to talk. I wanted to hang up but I needed help and advice. Which I did not get.

I recently contacted this organisation seeking advice, and the interaction I had over the phone was shockingly unprofessional. The person who answered spoke in a dismissive and disrespectful manner, showing no basic courtesy or willingness to listen. It felt as though common conversational manners were completely absent from their approach. As someone simply looking for information and guidance, I expected to be treated with a minimum level of respect and understanding — especially from a service that exists to support the public. Instead, I was met with an attitude that was abrupt and unnecessarily rude, which left me feeling frustrated and disheartened. First impressions matter, and this experience left me with no confidence in their professionalism or care for clients. I will not be using their services in the future and cannot, in good conscience, recommend them to others.
