Very disappointing experience. We paid €420 for an express visa assistance service advertised as securing an appointment within 16 days. However, our application was initially processed under the wrong visa category, causing delays and unnecessary stress. We also went to their office in person to have our documents checked, yet a required document was later said to be missing. Communication was inconsistent, and we repeatedly had to provide the same information. Because of these delays and poor communication, we were also put in a difficult position regarding our travel arrangements. We repeatedly asked whether everything was in order and whether we should make any changes, but important concerns about our travel dates were only raised at a very late stage, when changing our flights and accommodation was no longer practical When these issues were raised, the explanation was simply that they were “human mistakes.” Mistakes can happen, but for a €420 professional service, I expected proper checking, organisation and communication. Unfortunately, the service did not justify the price
