Rani ❤️. I had such a positive and memorable experience at the Renewal Programme in Manor Park, and a huge part of that was thanks to Rani and Rob. From the moment I arrived, they both made me feel incredibly welcome and supported. They took the time to guide me through how things work, helping me understand both the day-to-day operations and the wider purpose of the programme. Their kindness and genuine willingness to help really stood out and made the whole experience so comfortable and enjoyable. Rani is truly amazing — honestly one of the sweetest and most inspiring people I’ve met. She has such a warm and caring nature, and she goes above and beyond to make sure everyone feels valued and encouraged. You can tell she’s passionate about what she does, and it reflects in the way she supports and uplifts others. She made a lasting impression on me, and I’m really grateful for all her guidance and positivity. Rob is equally fantastic — very attentive, approachable, and genuinely invested in helping people grow. He takes the time to listen, offer thoughtful advice, and ensure you really understand the work and impact of the charity. It’s clear that he truly cares about both the people he works with and the mission of the organisation. I really enjoyed my time there, learning more about the business and charity, and I’d highly recommend the Renewal Programme to anyone looking for a supportive and meaningful environment.
