I’m really disappointed with Barnet Refugee Service. Unfortunately, they are not helpful and do not respond properly to the problems and needs of refugees. I expected more understanding, support, and care, but sadly I didn’t receive any real assistance. I hope they take refugees’ concerns more seriously in the future.
