Not the greatest experience - the start of the process was okay as that is all standard procedure. As soon as contact was made with home office and the details of my case were being assessed I felt like the general guidance was not sufficient enough. I went with this company as they were cheaper than other operations. I think in hindsight paying more but getting to work with an independent case manager would have been a better option. If your visa is straight forwards then I feel like this could be a good option. If there is individual circumstances I feel a more tailored approach would work better. I write this review as I was in a similar position to yourself in whether or not to go with a more tailored approach. I hope the info helps 👍🏻
