Marc was super engaged right from the start providing a series of solutions to the challenges of resurrecting an ILR that needed an eVisa for my wife. Successfully completed through one of his letters presented to Border Force at Heathrow and we are all done! Hopefully using Marc again when our kids join us in the UK
