Today i meet up with Ina and such a helpful and wonderful lady extremely helpful and very kind and easy going the place is tidy and neat I have used them before and will continue to use there services again in the near future. Thank you all

I have had help previously from the staff at Motherwell Citizens Advice and I've always appreciated it so much. I had an appointment today 7th of April and I left the building feeling I was actually a bother to the person who was supposed to be helping me, I felt totally belittled and worthless. I am ill and have been for some time now, so today I needed help with form filling and I felt I was rushed through the process with the person from CAB huffing and puffing at answers I gave him...terrible!!! I came out reduced to tears. Not like the previous help I'd received at CAB Motherwell today I couldn't get out the building quick enough. Disgusting attitude. Until recently I've never had to claim benefits...I left school at 15 and worked since 1979 never missed a day until 2023...treat people with respect please.
