AVOID AVOID MLC Tameem sounded extremely confident in the first meeting and took £3,000 in fees, but the service delivered did not come close to what was promised. In my experience, they did little more than complete a basic online application and request documents from me. I could have completed much of this myself using online guidance. There was almost no proactive strategy, I constantly had to chase for updates and calls, and serious sponsor-compliance risks particularly the Right to Work evidence were not properly identified or escalated before submission. (We started Employement on their instruction) The application was refused, After the refusal, their response was leave the UK, or pay them even more money for further legal action with no guarantee of success. More SALEMAN STUFF They then relied on the excuse that they do not provide “HR advice,” despite Right to Work checks and sponsor duties being fundamental parts of a Sponsor Licence application. I did not pay over £3,000 simply for form filling I paid for professional immigration advice and risk assessment. Communication was poor, responses were slow (during our process case worker went on annual leave without any notice), calls required repeated chasing, and once the case went wrong, I felt they avoided responsibility rather than offering a meaningful solution. Tameem( he appeared to be a director as well) is a convincing salesman, but based on my experience, the actual service was ineffective, reactive and poor value for money. Save your money and instruct a firm that will properly review your compliance position before submitting an application. I would not recommend MLC Immigration. AVOID AVOID

I got passed to a really ignorant and uneducated Tameem . Tried to take my money for information I already googled . DO NOT COME HERE . SCAMMMMMM . He told me he’s the director - sounded like family money .
