The lady that helped me was absolutely amazing, apologetic when the phone lines was acting up, considerate and helped to make me feel like what was happening wasn’t my fault in anyway. Spent nearly an hour going over similar questions because I didn’t understand what she meant. Yes it may be frustrating ringing and getting told it’s closed when it doesn’t seem to be or the phone lines too busy, but when you get through they truly help so much
I have been calling consecutively for a week. ; trying to reach an agent. I even used the sms service and still wasn’t able to speak with an operator regarding a case that is ongoing. It’s tiresome to consistently call Citizen Advice and being dismissed and redirected by the automated system. Collectively this organisation need’s to work on their customer journey honestly.
You need to book to be seen. Parking limited but if you go by car they will give you a permit so you can park for free. Great advice as always. Very helpful.
I wish I could put 0 star! I went to the office and saw a lady face to face and she told me I could get help with a mandatory reconsideration once my decision had come back. She had a gentleman call me yesterday and he said the same thing. I got my decision back once they closed so I’ve called this morning and been told this isn’t something they offer at all and that i have to do it myself. They also won’t help me in any other way. So much for citizen help! A joke of a place! My first time going to them to seek advice and definitely my last!
