Ruhul helped me gained my VISA for the UK. He was wonderful from the first phone call. He had great communication, very thorough, and lovely to work with. He made a complicated process simple and easy for me and my partner. We would choose this route again every time!

Highly recommended! If you are considering moving to the UK and are in need of immigration counseling, advice, visa information, or someone to handle EVERYTHING, DO NOT try to jump through all the legal and administrative hoops on your own. Hire the experts at Migration Advisory Service. Ruhul is amazing and makes sense of processes that can be quite daunting (and changing). He put my mind as ease so many times, and went above and beyond in every aspect of my immigration application. He not only has the qualifications and expertise to navigate the processes skillfully, work with the home office requirements, and provide clarity for all UKVI interactions, but he also adds a human element that is very welcome during these often cold, lengthy, and unpredictable proceedings. I am certain that the summary letter he provided in addition to my application was the extra touch that made everything go so smoothly. He put into words exactly what the yes/no questions of the application could have missed about my very particular situation. He worked tirelessly to coordinate every detail of my application, and was there with me every step of the way. Always calm. Never rushed. Always responsive. Total clarity. And always answering every question and every concern I raised, quickly and professionally. You may hear (or read) that you can handle the process on your own. Be advised that a legal representative who SPECIALIZES in these matters is well worth it. The processes listed on the UK's immigration website are not always as clear (or even as accurate) as they could be -- and Ruhul KNOWS the processes inside and out. If an unusual situation arises, he gets to the bottom of it. I can't speak highly enough of what this man did for me. It goes well beyond just an application... Ruhul is an absolute life saver. Do not look anywhere else for an Immigration Lawyer, Ruhul is the one. He treats you as a friend and is a really genuine person. He doesnt make you feel like a number, is extremely knowledgable and kept level headed an calm the whole time. I had quite a complicated case due to uncontrollable circumstances, as well as being a little bit oblivious to the requirements. He took away the stress and worry, simplified and explained everything to me and got straight to work! My Spouse Visa extension was approved and we are now working towards my ILR.
