Absolutely terrible service. We came to get a consultation regarding a settled residence permit. Some student served us—I understand everyone needs experience—but we still didn't receive the services we needed. He ran back and forth between his office and his supervisor three times and didn't answer a single one of our questions. We asked the supervisor to speak with us. In the end, they gave us some piece of paper with the numbers of law firms. This is inconvenient; Citizen Advice is open three days a week, two hours a day. It's terrible. It feels like everyone is sitting at home and not working. You have to take a day off and then just sleep it off, leaving without the consultation you were expecting. The staff is completely incompetent.

Craig has helped me so much, and I genuinely can’t thank him enough for everything he’s done for me. He’s such a kind, caring and sweet person, and you can really tell that he genuinely wants to help people. I am extremely grateful for all the help and support I received from Citizens Advice. I was going through a very difficult and stressful time and I did not know what to do or where to turn. The team was very kind, patient and understanding, and they guided me through the process and helped me understand my rights and what steps I needed to take. Thanks to their support, I was able to resolve my immigration status in the UK and I have now received a positive decision. I honestly don’t think I would have managed to get through this situation without their help. Thank you so much to everyone who supported me and took the time to listen to me. I will always be grateful for your kindness and support. ❤️
