Very dodgy. I was actually considering volunteering for them (which would have improved their service) but I just discovered they falsely claimed my prior review was "fake engagement". The review below is absolutely true based on a genuine experience, and the people who flagged it should be ashamed of themselves for doing so instead of trying to improve. I would have liked to have given a good review as they seemed alright at first and did stop a physical illegal eviction. However, after the agency continued to do things to force me to leave the property (which I have now been forced to do), I received no contact from Merseyside Law Centre for months, and then a letter saying they were no longer going to help. The star is only for the initial help as it at least got the agency to not go ahead with eviction proceedings.
All I can say is a massive THANKYOU to MLC and specifically Mrs Coe who went the extra mile for us in our housing issue and giving us the time that nobody else did. We will never forget to appreciate all the hard work and honesty at last minute notice. Great people. Great service. Keep helping those in need! What you do is vital to our communities!
