Unfortunately, my experience with this firm was very disappointing due to severe communication issues, lack of professionalism, and missed appointments. I reached out on 1 June 2026 and communicated directly with immigration lawyer Maria Klimova via WhatsApp regarding my UK ILR application planned for late July. I received a quote for full legal representation and agreed to have an introductory call to discuss the process. Despite my prompt responses, politeness, and continuous efforts to accommodate their schedule, here is the exact timeline of how the communication went: - A call was scheduled with Maria for 5 June 2026 (11:00 - 13:00) -- no one called, and no apology or update was provided. - On 8 June 2026, Maria called unexpectedly during my working hours without any prior notice. As I was at work, we politely rescheduled the call for 9 June 2026 at 19:30. - On 9 June 2026 at 19:30 -- again, complete silence and no call took place. - On 14 June 2026, following another period of silence, I proactively asked if WhatsApp was their standard communication channel or if they preferred to switch to email or another platform. I was never redirected to any alternative channel or formal booking system. - On 20 June 2026, I followed up once more, offering broad availability for the upcoming week. - On 23 June 2026, I was finally offered a consultation slot for 7 July 2026 -- nearly two weeks later, and just 3 weeks before my required submission date. At no point was there any proactive communication, apology, or explanation that the firm was overloaded with cases. It was simply unresponsiveness and poor time management. Waiting over 3 weeks just to get a basic introductory phone call is completely unacceptable for a time-sensitive immigration application. I took my case to another regulated UK immigration firm, where onboarding was completed within 24 hours, and my ILR was successfully approved in 3 days. If a firm treats potential clients with such disregard before even taking their case, it raises serious doubts about how reliably they will handle the actual legal work once contracted. If your ILR, visa, or any other application has deadlines, I strongly recommend looking for a different company.
